MUMS@WORK ASIA LLP

Mums@Work Asia (together with our subsidiary, Career Navigators & Mums@Work Singapore) has been working on female empowerment projects since 2010. From 2014 onwards, we have been involved in various hiring, employer engagement and career-related activities for female talents. Many of our projects have been in partnership with organisations to hire women returners in Singapore, Hong Kong & Japan. In addition, we work with different partners to upskill and enhance the skills/ competencies of the female talent, who have taken career breaks. For example, we hold FinTech knowledge training classes, AI Workshops, Resume Writing Training, Mock Interview Sessions and Mentoring/ Coaching Events. We hold hiring programmes throughout the year, including a Career Fair (That is specifically targeted for women with career breaks or career transitioning) Our JumpStart Reintegration Programme™ & Work-Integrating-Life Coaching™ Support project are programmes designed to support back-to-work female talents and existing parent employees. ----- Mums@Work Asiaは、子会社のCareer Navigators & Mums@Work Singaporeとともに、2010年から女性のエンパワーメントプロジェクトに取り組んでいます。 2014年からは、女性人材の採用、雇用エンゲージメント、キャリアに関するさまざまな活動を行っています。私たちのプロジェクトの多くは、シンガポール、香港、日本で女性帰国者を雇用する組織と提携しています。 さらに、さまざまなパートナーと協力して、キャリアを中断した女性人材のスキルアップとスキル/能力の向上に取り組んでいます。例えば、FinTechナレッジトレーニングクラス、AIワークショップ、履歴書作成トレーニング、模擬面接セッション、メンタリング/コーチングイベントを開催しています。 また、キャリアフェア(特にキャリアブレイクやキャリア移行中の女性を対象としたもの)など、年間を通じてさまざまなプログラムを開催しています 当社は一年を通じて採用プログラムを実施しており、キャリアブレイクやキャリア転換を経験した女性を対象としたキャリアフェアを含めています。当社のJumpStart Reintegration Programme™およびWork-Integrating-Life Coaching™ Supportプロジェクトは、職場復帰をサポートするために設計されたプログラムです。
