Red Dot Mum | RDM Consulting is a Singapore-based practice founded by Cindy, an independent practitioner and behavioural coach. RDM began as a family and wellness blog in 2012 and has grown into a practice focused on promoting inclusive learning in English literacy, life skills, and creative aging. Cindy is a qualified counsellor registered with the Singapore Association for Counselling who works with neurodiverse clients (including ADHD and dyslexia) across the lifespan, supporting executive functioning and psychological well-being. She also freelances with telehealth apps and organisations to promote mental health, well-being, and preventive wellness, and leads creative writing and guided autobiography programmes that enhance resilience and self-awareness. As a M.U.M coach (“Work n Wellness”), Cindy’s practice integrates behavioural coaching, psychoeducation, and Person-Centred counselling to facilitate clients and carers balancing work, life responsibilities, and health in sustainable ways. Services are mostly offered online. The small group and individual sessions are conducted in a supportive, quiet and collaborative space for learning and reflection.
