Sunventor is a passive ventilation system that combines advanced aerodynamic engineering and material properties to naturally cools non-air con space up to 2ºC. The specific problem we solve is the limited applicability of current passive ventilation solutions in urban contexts. Sunventor addresses this gap by creating a plenum flushing system above the ceiling level injunct with a unique ceiling panel configuration to create a negative pressure volume within the plenum that prevents internal and external heat gain from circulating back into the interior space. Together it offers a practical alternative for cities aiming to reduce dependency on traditional mechanical cooling and ventilation while minimizing installation and maintenance challenges.
